The surgery has flat access to the street and all consulting rooms are wheelchair accessible. A lift gives access to the first floor for services including: phlebotomy and podiatry provided by NHS North Central London CCG. A drop-off point is located immediately outside the main entrance.

Reserved parking spaces for people with disabilities are available opposite the surgery (at Asda Supermarket – pay on foot parking).
